All studio rooms have a TV but you will need to purchase your own TV licence. All kitchen areas in the Shared Flats come with a large TV and we are responsible for purchasing the TV licences.
The following rooms are suitable for double occupancy: Large Studio Double and Extra Large Studio Double. If you are taking a double occupancy then both of you must be full-time students in a UK educational Institution.
The Studio’s are self-contained so you have your own kitchen as well as an en suite bathroom. The en suite type rooms involve sharing a large kitchen/common area with up to 6 other students whilst having your own bedroom and en suite bathroom.
DDA rooms are designed so they can accommodate a student with a wheel chair – This means they have very large bathrooms and the room space is smaller than a non DDA room.
